Iroquois Ridge Community Centre

Project Description:

Peter T. Mitches & Associates Limited was retained to provide greater storage for the community centre and a maintenance area for facility staff.

An addition was completed to the east end of the building to provide recreational storage and a maintenance area. The scope of work included extending the existing sprinkler system and installing new LED lighting, new janitor’s sink, overhead garage doors, a wash-off area and exterior garbage enclosure. This project included exterior paving and regrading as well as installing a new exhaust fan and interior sump chamber for the garage area.
